It's only been four years since the first Ford Ranger 2.3L EcoBoost rolled off the assembly line, but those four years have been rough on some of the plastic parts under your Ranger's hood. Your coolant expansion tank is probably beginning to show its age thanks to thousands of heating and cooling cycles bathed in orange or pink coolant. It's likely developed that classic dingy yellow tone, and it may be hard to see the coolant level through the side of the tank that gets more opaque by the day. Our fill neck also accepts the stock expansion tank cap to keep maintenance easy.
